Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

You agree to indemnify and hold STORILOGI harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona.

Severability
