By accessing or using the STORILOGI website and any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of STORILOGI.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Transmitting any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems
• Using the website to transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Scraping, crawling, or data-mining the website without prior written consent

STORILOGI reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these conditions.

All service fees and payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements signed between STORILOGI and the client. By entering into a service agreement, you agree to pay all applicable fees as specified.

Payments are due on the dates specified in your agreement. STORILOGI accepts payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other methods as agreed upon in writing.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services. STORILOGI reserves the right to charge late fees as outlined in the service agreement.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your jurisdiction.

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and is subject to the terms outlined in your individual service agreement. As a general policy:

• Services that have already been rendered are non-refundable unless a material error on our part is demonstrated
• Prepaid retainer fees may be partially refunded for unused service time, subject to a processing fee
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the disputed charge
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, STORILOGI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or website.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to STORILOGI in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Identity verification may be required in the following circumstances:

• Before initiating a new service engagement or processing a payment
• When unusual or suspicious account activity is detected
• When required by applicable law, regulation, or financial compliance standards
• Upon request by our fraud prevention or compliance team

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of services or refusal to process transactions. All identity documents submitted are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

STORILOGI will never sell, share, or use your identity documents for any purpose other than fraud prevention and legal compliance.
